Broadening their product line to meet the changing requirements of the construction industry, Hacker has developed three floor underlayments which can be formulated to meet your job specifications:

• Firm-Fill Gypsum Concrete
• Firm-Fill High Strength
• Gyp-Span Radiant

The finished products combine the durability of lightweight concrete with the crack resistant, sound insulating and fire resistant qualities of gypsum concrete. They set without shrinkage cracks to a smooth, hard and flat finish with excellent indentation resistance and high compressive strength.

Speed of installation and 90 minute set-time allow contractors to adhere to tight schedules. At 3/4 inch, Hacker Floor Underlayments weigh as little as 6.3 pounds per square foot while still achieving superior fire and sound ratings.

Hacker Floor Underlayments are mixed on site in precisely measured batches by high-speed, advanced equipment approved by Hacker Industries. From 600 to over 40,000 square feet can be poured in a single day.

Field performance depends on building design and careful product application. Hacker Floor Underlayments are installed only by trained, licensed applicators chosen for their competence, integrity, and dedication to customer service.
